PLACEMENT OF ORDER

The order can be placed just by filling out the customer detail form that is provided on Check Out page. Thereafter, customer can receive computer generated order number on their email.

The information related to the payment and delivery of the product would be provided to the customer via email.

In case of any type of rejection of the order after making payment, customer can contact us through emailing.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
At Allin Exporters, our payment procedure is quite easy than you think of. The payment gateways that we use are PayPal, Western Union and Wire Transfer in order to process payments through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking and Phone Banking. Therefore, the complete information about the payment is required from the customer before entertaining any kind of order. If the order is placed in on the weekend or on holidays, it will be processed from the next working.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
All the products are shipped on the same day from our end just after the confirmation of payment. The ordered products are delivered within least possible time through our associated shipping partners. Delivery of the product should be taken in person. In case, the person is unavailable to receive the order, any authorized person should be available on behalf of the customer to receive the order.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Before placing the each order, customers are advised to go through the terms & conditions carefully. As stated earlier, Allin Exporters reserves the complete right to make changes in terms & conditions.

Complains regarding products are accepted only when the product is not damaged or opened.

In case, the customer has received the different product, we accept the complaint through email and suitable services are provided accordingly.

In case of exchange or mismatch of product, replacement can be done within 15 days after receiving the product.

Refunds are made to the customer in the same way as the order was placed. But, while paying back through PayPal, Allin Exporters is not responsible for any of the inconvenience.
